Ooops – I just can’t keep away from LUSH lately and couldn’t resist sharing my recent lush haul with you! It wasn’t all that long ago I got some goodies but when my boyfriend suggested making a trip to Oxford Street to specifically top-up my LUSH collection, I wasn’t going to say no, was I?! Since moving into our flat from University Halls I have never appreciated a bath as much as now and LUSH bath bombs, bubblebars etc. makes them so much better.
It is always so difficult to decide on products when in store as EVERYTHING smells SO good, however, after about half an hour I walked away with these products. It’s not the biggest lush haul ever, but definitely the start to a growing obsession:
So you’re thinking of starting your own blog but not too sure if it is for you? I’m sure 9 out of 10 bloggers today had that period before taking the plunge where questioning if they’ll a) be any good at it b) will be committed enough and c) if anyone will actually read what they have to say. These are common questions and I hope my post will help you decide if starting a blog is best for you and how to go about it the right way. I still consider myself as a newbie within the blogosphere but have learnt an awful lot during my experience that I hope can shed more light on your unanswered questions.
Note: these are based upon my own experiences and I’m by no-means saying everyone is the same, but if my experience can help someone else then I’d be overjoyed.
I initially bought the Macadamia oil extract hair range without the intention of reviewing them on here, my Mum and sister came down a few weeks back and I bought these so they didn’t have to use my shampoo/conditioner collection specifically for blonde hair but after using them myself and being more than impressed I had to share with you just how amazing they were – plus only £2.97 for this entire set!
I feel as if my concealers last a lifetime and when my previous concealer (the Rimmel Match Perfection Illuminating Concealer) eventually ran out I was excited to have a browse in Superdrug for a new one. I have read so many reviews about all different brands of concealers on the market and so I had a tough decision to make but I eventually chose the Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer.
I was swatching all different concealers and blending them with my skin to the point I ran out of areas to test and decided on the Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer for £5.49 (which you can also buy here) in Ivory due to it being the best match to my skin and the fact it promises to illuminate under the eyes to give the ‘wake me up’ effect, being something I need for the early mornings to uni.
I’ve recently decided to create a bloggers to blame wishlist. Why? Find out more…
As I do every week, a few nights back I was having some ‘me’ time with a hot drink and a full blogging feed ready to read and after seeing everyone’s ‘January Favourites‘ posts, I’ve been full of product lust for just about everything however being a Uni student, as much as I wish I could add them all to my basket and buy, instead I have decided to create my own wishlist and wait until I can afford such beautiful products. So these are my favourite products and all I’m waiting for is a lottery win (although doing it might be a start!)
