If you’ve not heard the wonders of contouring, where have you been? Kim Kardashian made us all lust over her chiselled cheeks and sharp jawline and her secrets have been revealed in the shape on the power of a great contour and I just had to try it all out. I was so stuck as to which to try, so many people had rated the Sleek, Smashbox, Seventeen, Barry M and Anastasia Sets but as I was undecided if it’d work for me I went with the Barry M contour kit with the intention to invest in a high end palette if it works wonders. Released on the 11th of Febraury in UK stores, this is a new product that people are really raving about and so I decided I’d share with you my experience and hope it helps you get the best contour possible.
When Boots had their infamous 3 for 2 offer across make up, I couldn’t not pick this Soap & Glory archery pencil to try. I’ve been searching for a brow product that will help me achieve natural looking brows whilst giving them more shape and depth and this had been raved about for such a long time by make-up lovers that for £10 I decided to give it a go. I’ve been using it for about a month and so are able to let you all know my verdict on whether I think the Soap & Glory archery dupe is worth the hype.
Does anyone else spend hours longing over products over the internet and create a beauty wishlist? I’m sure I’m not the only one, so keep reading to find out why I’ve added these products on my current beauty wishlist!
If you’ve read my blog before, then you’ll know just how much I love a great candle/diffuser/anything that makes my home smell as great as possible. A few weeks back my boyfriend bought me a Yankee Candle tart melts holder where you light a tealight underneath and melt the wax tart to release the fragrance. Ever since I saw them advertised on the QVC tv channel I knew I had to try them, as I love yankee candles, but for some reason I had always diverted against the tart melts. I actually picked out a gorgeous floral holder in black in Clinton Cards for £6.99 but I have found it on Amazon here (the same one – official Yankee Candle design) in cream for under a fiver – bargain!
