It’s official, I go on holiday in less than a months time and I AM JUST SO EXCITED. Having not been on holiday since 2011, this has been a long time coming, plus it coincides with my 21st birthday which make sit all the more special. That all being said, I’ve decided now is the best time to decide which makeup goodies I need to add to my collection that I may not already have in order to be completely holiday ready.
1.Landscapade Mineralize Skinfinish | MAC £24.
I have a highlighter already from Makeup Revolution but it is more pink toned whereas MAC’s mineralize Skinfinish in Landscapade is more appropriate for my skin as it is much fairer and more appropriate for pale skin. I’m not going to be taking foundation on my travels, so I hope this gives me an added glow for when I’m soaking up the Tenerife sun!
2. Soar Lip Liner | MAC £12.50
With them not having it in stock when I went to the MAC store near Oxford Street I really want to add this to my collection. I have dupes but heard this really lasts so much longer which is going to be essential for when I don’t want to carry much with me on our day trips out. Also, this pairs well with the Brave lipstick I recently picked up so I know I’m going to have to add this to my collection and my holiday is the perfect excuse!
3. Prep + Prime Fix + Cucumber | MAC £17.00
I have yet to try Prep + Prime by MAC but heard only great things. I’m going to be taking powder for the evenings and I love that this claims to reduce the ‘cakey’ looks powder build up can provide. Additionally, this helps to make your makeup last longer throughout the day and gives you a gorgeous finish. I’ve eyed this up on other blogs and think it’s my time to join the club. The cucumber scent will make it all the more refreshing. They’ve been sold out for time so I’m hoping it comes back before I leave!
4. Rose Golden Brush Set | Zoeva £56.95
I looooooove these brushes along with the clutch bag they can be carried in, they’ll be perfect for travelling! I’ve wanted to try their brushes after their rave and the rose gold effect will look so perfect on my dressing table once I’m back! Many of these brushes are dupes from those I dearly love from MAC and for the price, I don’t think they’re bad at all!
Have you tried any of these beauties or have any holiday-worthy products you’d like to recommend? Let me know!
